    <description> &lt;p&gt;I don&#039;t think feature wise is the most important thing when it comes to raising costs, they aren&#039;t monthly.  I think the &quot;big&quot; thing is the data transfer, since it is a monthly fee that will occur when you use it.  Offering more bandwidth for cheap packages, you will loose business if all of your customers actually consumed the allowed amount.  Disk space, features, options, etc. are all one time costs, not monthly.&lt;/p&gt;
