    <description> &lt;p&gt;You don&#039;t need to have cgi access to run Perl scripts, either, in that they don&#039;t HAVE to be in the cgi-bin.  But you do need the language installed on your server.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;PHP just needs to be installed.&lt;/p&gt;
