    <description> &lt;p&gt;Why not just use the meta expires tag &lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;  that should cause the newest page to be loaded each time a visitor comes to your site..&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;only does it once for each visitor? if so your host has to let you use cookies so you can count the # of times the visitor has gone to a page. then run a cookie search onload and then refresh the page if needed......&lt;/p&gt;
