Control Panel > Edit Options
Scroll to the bottom, click the 'Change Avatar' button
Select the radio button next to 'Yes'
Click the 'Browse' button, and find the avatar on your machine
Click 'Submit Modifications'

Let me know if that doesn't work.

I think you have to have a certain number of posts to be able to add an avatar. I thought it was 20, which you have already (18 posts per day! Wow!), but I'm not sure about that.

Yes I found that, and when I get to the bottom I click the button.

On the avatar page it just gives me the option no as a radio button.

I am lost, maybe a screenshot by me would help, unless I am still missing something.

Click on Control Panel top left, then on Edit Options and at the bottom is the Avatar part

I have yet to learn how to even upload an avatar. I have a stick figure I want to use.
