What strikes me about your site is that it seems to lack a defined focus. Your title, for example: "Increase Traffic through effective Website Promotion with our search engine" targets site owners, not users. The layout seems to be dominated by unorganized ads and shopping links. You call yourself "international" and yet there are two elements (the story at the top and a section in your directory) on Gloucester. It seems to me that this site is a money making engine rather than a service to the online community.

As for the design, well, it is kind of bland. Shades of blue isn't exactly the most unique or interesting colour scheme. You're also in desperate need of a decent logo.
