    <description> &lt;p&gt;Something to work locally on an NT box.  Basically going to be taking a new template and melding it with old content.    There are a couple of programs that have GREP-like custom scripting abilities, but really would like to find something out-of-the-box.  Frankly suprised nothing readily exists.&lt;/p&gt;
