Hi,
I think the color is better than it was before, but I still don't like it, For me I find sites with "loud" colors hard to look at for more than a few minutes. On some of the pages the blue text and purple background makes for really hard reading. The buttons are too big and the button text is a really bad font.
Navigation was quite easy, one or two pages i found were blank or not found but i guess that is because of your redesigning.

Here goes:

The buttons are way too big.
All of the graphics are fuzzy. This makes your site look a little unprofessional.
I am also puzzled about what to do here.
I am really puzzled why the word Ladders is right in the middle your buttons.
You have a rather large 450x150 jpg as your top banner graphic. If you want to use this, chop it up in pieces, so it will load faster. Seeing also that there are very few colors in it, I would save it as a gif file instead.
Ditto for your buttons, they should be gif's and smaller.

My very first thought was that the lemon yellow was way too bright on my eyes. Lose it.

What you really need to do is a) get a better logo and b) design a site around it. I didn't really recognize that your logo was in fact your logo and not an ad button or something else, I wasn't sure. It's important to integrate your logo and your site design.

What might look good here is an inset white content table with black border and rounded corners on top of the green background (which could look like a gaming table I guess...). You could then have cards sticking up along the top kind of like they're being held in a hand, or maybe make that part of your logo. Another idea would be to go with a checker board theme which would probably be really hard to do well but could be really cool.

First of all you need smaller buttons.

Second, you need more of a logo.

Third, you need to put some information on the main page. I don't know what the site is about!

Not wanting to be too critical, but I feel this site does need to be spiced up a bit.

Despite the fact that I am an Aussie, I don't feel that green and gold suit the web that much. Even just start off with graphics for the navigation and such.....
