During the day I vist these ones at least 3 times:

Here of course
PHP-Addict (I feel like it's my forum, as never hear from whoever runs it, and there about only 2 of us who are regular there)
LimoForum (I used to do a website for a limo company, and just started goign there and liked it enough that I stop in often now. They do have a stop for site reviews)

I check these ones out at least once a week, the first two I found from them being mentioned in here.

I don't visit these as much as I used to for browsing, but go there when looking for something.
