&lt;p&gt;If they&#039;re advertising unlimited transfers, they&#039;re liars. Period. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Easy way to test:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;E-mail their sales department. Tell them you have a site that does 100GB a month of transfer and that their unlimited transer for $29.95 would be just great for your needs. Ask for it in writing that your site will not be closed down or billed for excess bandwidth usage. If they bother to reply at all, watch how quickly the truth will come out.&lt;/p&gt;
