&lt;p&gt;But that is labour intensive, since you have to add their email address by hand to your list.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Or you can use CGI programming (or other server side scripting languages) that can also interface with databases.  These are most common, and the most common of THESE would be &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.worldwidemarts.com/scripts/&quot; class=&quot;bb-url&quot;&gt;http://www.worldwidemarts.com/scripts/&lt;/a&gt; (click on Form Mail).  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Again, you would have to add the address by hand, but at least formmail offers some basic form checking.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You may want to investigate the listbots (search for that term) that allow people to submit their email addresses to a list and then when you send out a newsletter, everyone on the list gets it, and you don&#039;t have to worry about doing it yourself.&lt;/p&gt;
