While bandwidth is the most typical "unlimited" item, also be careful of hosts that offer unlimited email addresses and disk space.

There's always a limit. Maybe an extremely high limit (one only a very few kinds of sites may ever reach) but still a limit.

IMO if you really do need such high levels of an "unlimited" feature contact the host first and ask them what the upper limit really is.

And as reminder, try to stay away from hosts that offer "unlimited bandwidth". This is virtually impossible and if a host is lying about this, they are likely lying about other things, as well.

Also try to sign up with a Host that offers a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied within 30 days.

Should you encounter any problems or not happy with your Host, you can always terminate your account and they usually refund back your money.

In terms of features, look for a host that has what you need now and what you may reasonably need in the future. A lot of features isn't always a good thing. Many hosts load their servers with dozens of features. It looks good in ads and promos but not all users need them. And they take up resources. Also the more exotic features the more strain on server resources leading to slower speed and potential server problems (crashes). Maybe some security risks too.
