To further explain -- you can use to identify the location in the document that you want to jump to. Then whenever you want to link to it within the same document, you put Link and if you want to link to it from a DIFFERENT document, you put Link.

The use of name and the # are _Internal Targets_, if you want to read anything more about them look for those key words.
