    <description> &lt;p&gt;In HTML, nothing happpens! HTML is for displaying information, text, pictures, etc. It doesn&#039;t really &lt;strong&gt;do&lt;/strong&gt; anything. So when you need something to happen, like taking the information in a form and mailing it to you, you need something like Perl, PHP or ASP to handle the actual work. Do you have PHP, ASP or cgi-bin access available?&lt;/p&gt;
