Here are my thoughts. I'm using Windows 98, 21" screen, 1024x768.

The front page is very confusing and I didn't know what to do. The text following my mouse was very distracting.

The next page was very empty. I don't even know what this company dees. Try adding something about the company explaining the who, what, where, when, and why they are on the internet.

The gold links are very hard to read.

On the web design page, what are all of those URLs and links?

My final suggestion would be to re-design the site altogether and just get rid of the current design.

While it's still loading the splash page (http://www.legacydata.net/) looks a bit odd, since I see several images starting to load and disappearing again (possibly part of the mouse trail). The logo looks nice - personally I can't stand mouse trails, but maybe that's just me. The splash page gives no information whatsoever about your company or your site.

On http://www.legacydata.net/service6.html the behaviour of the bullets is confusing. The first time I pass my mouse over your text links no bullets appear next to them.

Then I mouse over the bullets on the right, and bullets begin to appear next to the text links. The bullets on the right have a different order than your text links (Links, Animation and Video, Contact vs. Animation and Video, Contact, Links) which is a bit confusing.

When I pass my mouse over the bullets on the right again sometimes the bullets next to the text links change colour, sometimes they dissapear. When I mouse over the text links the bullets next to them disappear.

This inconsistent behaviour of the bullets makes it difficult to understand what the meaning of the bullets is within your user interface.

I'm using IE 4.0 on PC, 56K modem connection, 600x800 laptop screen.

It was extremely slow to load on my cable modem
You should line up the dots on the right with the changing text on the top
Not too much information as to what your website does.
Sorry this wasn't too good of a critique.
Add more color, a colored background or something.
Bigger text, and make it load faster!

I kinda liked it - I think it might look better if you combined the links and web sites pages - the site listing just doesn't look as good if it's urls and the links aren't the kind of links I was expecting - it's your portfolio, right? - I'm guessing you want to keep links, so I guess I would suggest giving that same look to web sites, dropping the portfolio from links and getting more links (to what I don't know ) to fill out that page - I'd say good job so far, might need some detail work

I have a conference call in 2 minutes however I'll touch on my initial thoughts. I think the site has some good design concepts but it needs more formatting and consolidation (particularly on larger resolutions).
