    <description> &lt;p&gt;If you&#039;re looking for a pay-upfront host, try NoMonthlyFees.com - I have heard good things about them, although they aren&#039;t as cheap as $30 a year, I believe. Personally, I do not want to pay upfront because if something goes wrong like they end up having horrible support or massive downtime, I like to switch knowing I didn&#039;t already pay for a service I&#039;m not using.&lt;/p&gt;
