I thought it was pretty good and it had everything I needed. Back in those days support was only between 8am to 7pm which wasn't the best since I usually needed them in the evenings.</p> <p>There was a fair amount of downtime with email. This was quite consistent and eventually led a customer leaving me.</p> <p>Like I said, all this was a while ago so things may have changed. But back when my account expired, they tried to automatically charge my card for another year despite the fact I had told them I dodn't want to renew. </p> <p>A know someone with a budget account with them at the moment.
