&lt;p&gt;From what I&#039;ve seen out there, no one really seems to cater to hosts wanting to sell resller accounts which will be my focus.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;How &#039;bout limiting the number of features (# of POP accounts,# of DBs,etc.)?&lt;br /&gt;
I&#039;m assuming you plan on allowing admin to enable/disable features on a per client basis, why not allow them to limit the use?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, admin should be able to alter disk space, bandwith allotment.&lt;/p&gt;
