From what I've seen out there, no one really seems to cater to hosts wanting to sell resller accounts which will be my focus.

It's also got to include all the features currently found in WebHost Manager: http://www.vdi.net/manager

It would also be cool to have a control panel for resellers so they could add accounts, delete accounts, etc...

How 'bout limiting the number of features (# of POP accounts,# of DBs,etc.)?
I'm assuming you plan on allowing admin to enable/disable features on a per client basis, why not allow them to limit the use?

Also, admin should be able to alter disk space, bandwith allotment.
