    <description> &lt;p&gt;Hi Grandmaster,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Try to use your old Host name(nameservers) or do a check on the domain to retrieve the old records and for NS you also need a NIC Handle reference. After that, make the changes if possible or you may have to email them about the error.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;NS is really a pain in the butt, I once sold a domain and getting transfered to the new owner took almost 2 months &lt;/p&gt;
