SSH stands for Secure Shell and SSH2 is just an upgrade from SSH1. It's just a more secure way to get shell access to a remote account since FTP and normal Telnet clients are not properly secured and don't send data back and forth encrypted. So in theory somebody could find out your log-in and password when the data is being sent. If you have any Telnet experience, just download a Telnet client that supports SSH2. You can find one at:

SSH stands for Secure Shell, which is a replacement for telnet. More information regarding SSH can be found at http://www.ssh.org/.

You will need a SSH client. I personally do not have one so I cannot recommend any particular client, but you can find a list of them at http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Security/Products_and_Tools/Cryptography/SSH/Clients/Windows/.

Hope that helps.
