First of all, change your font to something sans-serif (verdana would probably be good here). Serif fonts were made to read well on paper but they don't work so well on screen. Verdana was actually specifically designed to work well on screen.

Make the address at the top plain text - what if someone wanted to copy and paste that to e-mail to someone or use in a letter? Actually, now that I see your contact page you should probably get rid of the address in the logo area and maybe just put the city and state up there. Since you have a whole page for the contact info it doesn't need to be at the top.

I like the little animated logo, but I don't think that the arrow should be animated - there's two animations up there and I think they conflict with each other. The way the arrow moves in is kind of neat but I would make it just static after that.

Get rid of the pop-ups, there's really no reason to use them like that IMHO.

That repeating background with text on it is a problem. It's only in that one table cell so it cuts off and that looks tacky.

can ya use rollovers to get all six images on the front page? - I can't think of a layout that wouldn't be confusing - on cryo, can ya be more active? - tank provides? - N circulates? - might help avoid annoying line break on last word that I get on a lot of shots - in the second caption, "A customized monitor controls the flow..."? - a after "fixture" in the last caption? - on eros, 2nd cap - "on the fixture's underside"? - in 3rd, "maintain tension"? - in 4th, if "above" refers to the photo, you're not doing that in other captions... - on biop, 1st, "a way to measure"? - 2nd, "with safeguards in both the software and mechanisms of the unit." - 3rd, "implemented"? - "designed" might sound boring, but... - "engineered"? - do you want to close the window? - doesn't that close the products window as well - you were opening new windows before, right? - can ya go with something like<a href="javascript:history.back()">*go back to products*</a>' - not sure if that would conflict with your design - gotta watch football!! - later

All suggestions updated and taken care of. The goofy characters were from me cut-n-paste his MS Word text into my editor. MS explorer showed it correct, but as you noticed, Netscape couldnt decode it. All fixed now. used plain old &quot to take care of that. Added the Close Window Javascript to the products pages, and fixed up all the grammar, puncuation(sic), etc. At least I think I did. Thank you again for your editor type input, that is what really makes a site look professional. I can't spell or punctuate to save my life, but I can tell when someone else can't spell either, and it doesn't look good.

Damn....A whole book. lol. Thank you for the input I do appreciate it. I didn't think anyone was allowed to type that much! I will fix it up in a few. Yes it was all just copied and given to me. I had to take MS Word docs and convert them into web pages without using that MS Word webpage builder. That Word thing really sucks for building web pages. But, again, I do thank you for the input. Delrin is a kind of plastic used extensively in the medical industry. And the weather is a little chilly here in Florida, topped out around 60-65F today. I will look more closely at the wording and grammar, and see if that works to fix it up.

on cryo.html, I'm not sure what you're trying to display with "The ?x201C;cryo-tank?x201D;" but it's not making a lot of sense on my browser - ok, I looked in IE and it just comes up as quotes - if that's a new charcter entity, I'd say go with somethin' more old-fashioned - should "low temperature" be hyphenated? - "packing stent grafts into a delivery catheter" - ouch! - same problem with 1" - "custom" can be used as an adjective but, to me at least, connotes something "made to order" rather than "made to specification" - either works, but "customized" seems more like an engineering term - a couple more px margin between the second image and its caption? - those images don't align the way you want in Netscape - I looked at the code - I can build tables (sorta ), but I'll let you work on that one - instead of "Please Close This Window When Finished" can ya give me a form button with a close function? - or even fancier, a "back" button to go href="javascript:history.back()" combined with a "window.close()"? - what the heck is "Delrin?" (different page) - on test.html, I'd kinda like to hyphenate "temperature controlled" but ya got that line break to do, so I guess you could leave it - hmm...I wonder why I can't alter font-size display in Netscape? - on eros.html, hyphenate "weight controlled"? - this is pretty minor, but the captions on the left are descriptive clauses, those on the right are sentences - a little bit of a passive-active conflict - can you make 'em more consistent? - basically write similar sentences on the left? - on biop.html, I dunno about that comma in the second sentence of the first caption - can ya force a after the first sentence? - "This" is a little close to "Safety" from the second caption - no period after "mechanical aspects" - don't really like the way this sentence ended anyway - more 'a those "fancy quotes" - pound sign as sub for number works, but... - "failure of the device"? - on glue.html, "to allow a gap to be maintained for u/v adhesive to reside" doesn't really work for me - I guess I don't like "for" - "wherein residue can reside" sure is awkward, but I'd look to do somethin' with this - a comma in the last caption instead of a semicolon? - anyway, I realize you may very well be simply putting down copy handed to you, but, well, I'm more of an editor than a web designer, so I'm givin' ya what I can - on services.html, IF you want to avoid the break before "at" you could go with "...have. Contact us at" - on contact.html, a period at the end of the sentence? - "with your ideas"? ok, enough obnoxious editing for one session - the dentist will see you now :eek: !! - I guess I should mention that the site looks good - a good job of laying out this guy's business - how's the weather in FLA?
