There are thousands of places to host an adult site, and most major hosting companies, while they don't PROMOTE it, *do* accept adult sites. Furthermore, you can still get dirt-cheap hosting, too - depending, of course, on how much space and bandwith you require.

I haven't looked much at adult hosting but the ones I've seen do tend to charge more for adult sites.
