Great design - nice layout and colors and of course great graphics.

Just a few things -

I also think the splash graphics is stunning, and I'm not even sure you have to add a title (it's hard not to click and see what's behind those eyes). What I would change is the border of the image map that shows when you click. Why not use the standard mouseover effect on a rectangle shape?

I also think the "stuff" button should say what's behind, or at least sound more tempting (maybe "special"?). You have some nice "stuff" there that's easy to miss.

Maybe to add the site name to your splash page, how about some small white text, or maybe blue text bold, in the bottom right, below the picture. Have it say something like "Welcome to Gliebster.com"

On the inner page, the design is also very nice. I like its roundness, and a good choice of blues you got there too.

The main table uses good organization, nice job on that.

The mouseovers are simple, but effective. Kudo's on that also.

Your inner pages are all organized very well, good joob, I have a feeling you ahve a tidy room, or house, depends on your age : ).

I like it a lot... and that splash page is really cool and I agree with Megan to have the site name with it. Nice little layout, very clean. Me likes a lot. Megan mentioned a lot of good points. I just had to say something cause I liked that splash thing and the layout is cool.

Nice splash page - I love the mouseover effect. It would be nice if you could incorporate your site name in there somehow though.

Now that I get into the main page, I'm still a little confused about what the purpose of your site is. What you could do is replace "Welcome to gleibster.com" with something that says a little more about what is on the site.

I'm also unsure about where the graphic links on the left side will lead me. The banner ad really needs to go, and it would be nice if the layout took up a little more space on the screen (I'm at 1024 BTW - I guess this would depend on what your stats are). I really like how the eyes peek out from above the layout part. It would look a lot better if the ad wasn't there though

Overall I really like the design. Great work!
