Yeah, Change you logo, make it cool, interesting, fun. Take a look at sites simular to yours, and make a design like theirs. I think yours is kinda beginnerish looking. But it loads fast, maybe have some graphics or some bright colors, to spruce it up.

The main problem here is that your logo looks too much like a banner ad. The rest of the design does not coordinate with it at all. I would probably change either the red or the green (so you don't look like Christmas), and use the logo colours more through the rest of the design.

The welcome statement is pretty useless I think. I would replace that with more specifics about your service, or maybe highlight some of the sites hosted there once you get that going (or maybe a directory of the sites you host). This would be a chance to really show your visitors what you can do for them right up front (and answer some common questions, like if they you put advertising on the pages and how). A big "Sign Up Here" link would be good too.

Overall I find the design rather boring. The font seems a little bit big to me, kind of like you're trying to fill up more space by making the font bigger. I would try to come up with a good logo concept and then build your design around that.
