Thanks Megan Jack... I will consider whether to keep that url/replace it with something/remove it. Background color, I usually hate white backgrounds but I was thinking of trying it with this, but I like your idea of a dark green, thats sounds much better than black. White backgrounds blind me when browsing at night. Thanks for the input, its more than helpful.

Nice! I like the smooth look to it. The mouseover with the URL showing in the box there is kind of pointless I think. If people want to see that they'll know where to look. I would get rid of that.

I also don't like the double border around the edges - I would replace that with a solid border. In addition, the page background colour should be something other than white. I'm not sure what else would look good here though. Maybe a really dark, almost black, green taken from the shadows on the logo.

I agree that some pictures related to the site topic would be a good addition.

Thanks for the points mentioned, but this is just a template. As for the text, it was just placed for the template. All buttons will have rollovers in the same context, just placed that single one again for the template. I agree about the home button, if a home button is used then I will move it to the left most. I will see what I can do as for the relevant "communicatios" imagery, I was trying to go for something of that nature but didn't come up with anything at the moment. I appreciate your feedback, this is the kind of feedback I was looking for... thanks again.

Not a lot to see ....

I think that having the text appear in a default font, bold, and centered is not a good idea.

The single mouseOver at the first menu option was a bit uninspired.

Some relevant 'communications' imagery would liven up the page.

The menu options are a little different. Most sites would place 'home' as the leftmost/topmost in a menu, as well as having a direct 'contact us' link on every page.
