    <description> &lt;p&gt;The DSN got corrupted somehow - and recreating it solved the problem.....thank God&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I can&#039;t find this error code in my SQL Online documentation but it only covers the Microsoft SQL Servers, sounds like maybe you&#039;re using something else?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Try pinging the database server to make sure it&#039;s active. If you&#039;re on a shared database server maybe it was just experiencing some downtime.&lt;/p&gt;
