Navigation bar - Yes I agree and will be changing to a 2 colour(green amd black) to match with the Logo

Animinated arrow - will try to make the background transparent or replace with a more suitable image and move the "Affordable Web Hosting For Malaysian Busines" below the Logo as Megan suggested.

Looks to biginner-ish I think.

Too much white, the nav bar has to many colors, and that doesnt look to professional. I think its too square.

The black arrow doesnt match with the site at all, so maybe make a new animated gif and reverse (negative) the image so it is white.

Logo -I will take your advice and experiment with it.

Animated arrow - probably get rid of it, you are right it serve no purpose.

Navigation - I will change the colours to 2 (Black and Green) is a nice colour as recommended to blend with the Logo.

Screen Resolution - The navigation has a fixed width and the rest, I am using % I guess I overlook and should design a fixed width of 800 pixel instead of a mix.

The first thing I notice is that the navbar - those colour choices are just bad, and the buttons look kind of cheesy. The logo is okay though. I like what you've done with the M, but I think that the font of the rest of the text on there should be the same as the M... or maybe not - maybe it would be okay to just shrink down the font of boo_host so that the ascenders are level with the top of the M. I also think that the logo should be bigger, and the "Affordable hosting for Malaysian business" should go directly underneath it.

What's with that animated arrow? Get rid of it - it's totally out of place.

What you could do with the navigation is just use plain text on a coloured background - you could use the green and black of the logo for that.

I'm surfing at 1024 here, and with the window maximized the text expands all the way across the page, which makes it hard to read. Something needs to be done about that.
