I would recommend that you do a search at http://www.hostsearch.com or http://www.hostindex.com where you can find some good cheap hosts that may meet your budget and requirements such as bandwith, space, server type, dynamic/static ip, etc.

When you have decided on a host, perhaps you could post again for reviews of that particular host or Hosts and I am sure some members would be able to help you.

From your post, you only mentioned price as the main factor, besides they are small sites and low traffic so it would be beneficial to source for such Hosts as mentioned above.

Hope this helps

Marc - yes, .org sites work the same as .com's etc. I only have 2 .org sites but have also done several .com's. The difference is how they get billed. Some hosts give .org's a price break, and that's what I'm looking for... but I still want reasonable service. The folks I currently have the .org sites with give a very good price break (or at least used to) but their service is non-existant, and at best it was just bad. Bad thing is, their service to everyone is bad, not just to the org sites. So we plan to relocate both .org sites and are looking for a good, low cost home for them. Basically they are both fairly small sites, moderate to low traffic, and neither group turns much money so price gets very important. So basically I'm looking for a provider who is somewhat sympethetic to non-profit org's and will try to help by cutting their normal prices a bit.

.org sites work the same as .net and .com. You don't need to do anything special to register it. I own a .org site (unfortunately!), and I use HostRocket.com. Very recommended!
