Then add around 500px of white space all around the edges of the image. Like if you're using Photoshop, make the Canvas size 500px higher and wider than it is now.

the table contains quite large text a free font thing
and "under" this text i plan to have a small gif animation
ie 65*65.
So the table is about 500-600 long and 65 h

Just make the table the exact dimensions of the background image.
