Two suggestions:

#1 Photoshop 6 has new added support for making text follow a path of sorts that you can customize. It does this in vector mode so the text is totally flexible. Only downfall to this is that you have to snag photoshop 6 which just came out and isn't cheap.

#2 Adobe Illustrator 9 is a great choice if you're into web design. You can vector everything all out including wrapping text to any shape and save it then import it as rastor into Photoshop and textorize it or manipulate it however you need.

Illustrator can do that very easily (Its built in). You can then import it or copy/paste it into Photoshop.

A guy I work with says he uses another graphics package (Print Master I think) to make the bent text then adds it to the graphic in Photoshop.
