This isn't bad for a site with no graphics actually. I would be good if you had a graphic logo or something to make the design more interesting. The pastel colours aren't too terrible, but they're kind of bland to me - no personality. It kind of looks like you just threw this up there without thinking about the design.

I think it looks pretty good but it really needs some more tags on the left navbar to seperate some things like the links and the images with reviews lower down.

You need some cellspacing in your tables too.
