1. Automatic sound file is extremely annoying
2. You need some sort of a logo (and I see one on some of the other pages - it looks good, use it more prominently and design the rest of your page to match it)
3. All I see above the fold is ads - may cause people to think that you don't have any content of your own and go someplace else.
4. No colour scheme to speak of
5. Font on the first section (new on Sixgunner etc.) is too small
6. Directory section looks rather disorganized - those things should probably be divided into categories
7. none of the pages look alike - it's usually best to use a set look and feel for every page.
