Yes, a checkbox (the square ones) on a form will allow you to select more than one option. If you don't want people to be able to select more than one option, use radio buttons (the round ones). That applies to every form, not just with a script

There are ways of limiting checkboxes to only allow one choice, using javascript or other such things, but why reinvent the wheel when you can just use a radio button?

'hard-code' means that it is writen into the code. The other option would be to store the information somewhere else [database], and put it into the code where needed. With the second option, you can build an admin section, where you can modify settings and view data.

Yes, I can make something like this. But haven't the time. I've actually been working on an advanced polling script for over 3 weeks, but probably won't be done for another month. If you can hold out that long, I plan to offer it for free to the public. [no promises :)]

I checked out the link, and the "You Tell Me" poll looks like it could work. Do you know, does the "checkbox" design option for anwers allow one to check more than one answer to a particular question? (It does on another survey I just found, but I like the design and features of this one better.) The "Recommend to a Friend" feature would be of great use too.

Since you have experience with this script and probably know all there is about it, I would be interested in having you set this up for me.

It's a very robust script, and the free version will handle most anything you need done. Additionally, once it is set up your quizzes/polls/surveys are created by filling in the blanks of a form, and it creates the html for you. I've installed this script for numerous clients who have all loved it.

Forgive me, but I'm quite ignorant to "computer-speak" and am not a programmer. So I don't know what "hard coded" means.

Please elucidate.
