&lt;p&gt;   Don&#039;t know why your title mentions asp -- since this is primarily a css/javascript/html board.  But if you want a javascript solution, see the &quot;Cascading Select&quot; script/tutorials at my site.  The first one demonstrates creating what you want for 2 lists; the second is for 3 or more selection lists.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;  Even if you are determined to do it in asp -- and don&#039;t want to post in an asp forum -- the scripts should provide you with implementation ideas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;  If you want me to move this to the asp forum, let me know.&lt;/p&gt;
