Hi Brendan, I've just spent the last hour reading at http://brendan.somers.tripod.com and wanted to pass on my thoughts to you, I lost a family member recently and have at least an inkling of how hard it must be for you. The site is great tribute, pass by the critique forum to see if others can help you improve it.

I undestand what you say Justin but i would like to include the info under one heading . Our site considers different aspects of GAry's life e.g sport , the love of his family etc. the site as it stands now is done out in Frontpage as the address given above but I would like to loose the colour on the pages with some simple navagation that can allow for the long pages . I am sorry to be difficult but would the table at the bottom of the page in the above site do? I made this site a while ago and even I can see a lot of errors but my next one I want it to be so much better .

I don't think the content should be too long that you have to ask this type of question. Split it up into parts so that it's not an overwhelming amount of text that you think people are reading. People usually read a few small blocks of texts compared to one large block.

You could put a "back to top" link, or possibly a menu that stays with the user as they scroll... see http://www.dynamicdrive.com for more ideas.
