blue yellow black, blue text is bad, you have to many of those free services, like the human contact thing, and it looks kind of childish.

Hey,

Here is some of my thoughts:

1) Like Grandmaster said, the blue and yellow is not all that appealing. You might want to try and add more colors or change the color scheme around a bit.
2) I think you have to much stuff cluttered together. I think it needs to be spaced out more. Right now it looks like a bunch of links next to each other. I find it hard to find what your looking for.
3) I say you get rid of the "Popular Searches" on the right, and put some graphics over there. Move the "websearch" graphic, the network solutions deal, and the email deal up over there. I think that would make it look alot better. Does that make any sense?
4) I think your logo can use a little bit of touching up too. Maybe instead of text add something else in there.

Those are just a few suggestions. Good start though. It looks good!

The Blue and Yellow Is hard on the eyes. I think there needs to be alot of less white space. At the bottom left, the red doesnt match, i recommend changing it.
