In order to get any accounts, I think you have to have a well-designed site. If it isnt appealing and professional looking, I think you will find out that not to many people will sign up through you. Once you get the accounts though, support is huge. When I hosted through people I expected a response at least within 24 hours if not way sooner. Those are just my thoughts. You also need to have competitive prices.
