The only thing I'd say about Dialtone is that some people don't like being billed by the 95th percentile method. You should contact them if you have conrns about this, and ask about your options.

You should check out Dialtoneinternet also. They offer 65 Gb free and additional bandwidth is sold per 1 Gb.

Although I haven't any personal experience with them, I would recommend RackSpace.com, too.

I would recommend RackSpace as well. I don’t have a server with them personally (mine’s with valuetech.com) however 3 of my clients have dedicated Linux systems with them. They offer great support and their server control panel is great.

A quick tip about the spam dilemna. Ask the dedicated server provider or bandwidth provider if they can set the ips you are allocated to reverse resolve to one of your domains. This is entirely possible, and not a huge amount of work on their part (don't let them charge a small fortune to do it). This way, complaints get sent to you and not to your dedicated server provider. One of my clients had to do this as their affiliate programs began to grow, because some new affiliates would disregard their warning not to spam.

What about RackSpace ( http://www.rackspace.com )? I know a few people that have servers with them, and they very rarely have downtime.
I'm not quite sure they offer everything you selected, but I'm pretty sure most of it is there in the Build Your Server page!
Hope that helps!
