Thanks!

I totally agree. As I said, I need to redesign the whole top part. The pink in the logo is a remainder of the previous design.

I'll let you know when I have the finished design. I changed the design twice already, because of changes in the content/structure so I decided to keep on with the content and do the final design in the end.

I posted here mainly to get feedback on brwoser compatibility and loading time. I felt maybe there were too many images slowing it down.

I'm really glad you liked the content! You can join the mailing list and you'll get an e-mail when the site is officially published.

Thanks a million,

Anat.

I would probably get rid of the pink - it just doesn't go very well with the tan. Dark blue would look good instead I think. Or you could change the background to dark blue instead of tan - that might look good too. Overall I think that the main colours are a little too bland - the blue text and links contrast well, but it would be nice to see more colour contrast overall.

Otherwise your site looks really good - I'm a cat owner myself, so I'll be sure to bookmark this in my "kitty" folder The article I'm reading here on health has been very informative!

Oh, and I also think that the drop shadow on the logo is a little bit too big

You're right, I'll probably change the top nav bar to graphics. That way I'll also get the rollover effect in both IE and NS. I just tried to save on graphics, as there are lots of graphics for the products.

I want to redesign the whole top section of the pages: change the logo and get more unity between the logo, the baner and the nav bar. When I'm finished with the content, I'll have a definite list of categories and then I'll change the design.

I really don't know what to do about the difference in the gaps between the tables and between the cells. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Anat.

Checked it in both IE and Netscape.. Design-wise it's not too bad. Fast loading and pretty good layout. However, there are a few things that need adjustments, especially in Netscape.

- The main content area and the right sidebar look fine in both

- The top nav bar text looks too big in NS, but OK in IE. You may want to consider making the nav bar an image map or something similar so you can control the font size.

- Left sidebar: While the text under Health & Nutrition looks ok in IE (Arial size 2), you need to make it that in Netscape, also. Right now in NS it's just the default arial font, and that looks too big.

Brian

** EDIT **
ALSO noticed that the gap between table cells looks too big in Netscape, better in IE.
