I have about 1,000 and could only find "close" also. Sorry, but would agree that it looks like the font Compaq uses.

Unfortunately that’s the only letter I have. I used arial for the rest of the letters, but that’s defiantly not arial. The font actually reminds me of the font Compaq uses (not sure what they use though).

When I first looked at it I though "The Aeroplane Flies High," but after lookign at the font I was totally wrong (I think). It looks like one of the fonts the Smashing Pumpkins use for one of their CD covers. I could be totally wrong again though...

I scratched around through the 200+ I have installed. Some are 'near' rather than close. Do you have more than a single letter to work with???

I only looked at my fonts as italic, and didn't attempt any stretching/compression etc. to get closer.
