    <description> &lt;p&gt;Thanks for the reply but what I want it to do is&lt;br /&gt;
to go from a frames page to a non-frames page.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At the moment when I click on a link it opens it in&lt;br /&gt;
the frame instead of opening it on top.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;When you define your initial frameset you need to provide a name for each frame like this:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then when you want a link to load in a certain frame, you use the target attribute to send it to the name of the frame you want like this:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;index.html&quot; target=&quot;body&quot;&gt;Home&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then the index.html file will load into the &quot;body&quot; frame.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hope this helps (and I hope it&#039;s right - i haven&#039;t used frames in awhile!)&lt;/p&gt;
