The left side navigation buttons are really overoptimized - you might want to consider using text instead if you're trying to keep things small, or get rid of the mouseovers. The text is a little hard to read there, and they don't look so great either.

Otherwise it looks good!

Edit: check your spelling! I'm seeing a lot of little mistakes in here!

Only this is, the links are not too obvious because of
the choice of colours.

Recommend making them stand out more.

Very nice. However, the color of the ext is a bit off. With that font, it looks rather strange.
