Well a good place to start for help is
http://www.hostcompare.com
you will find lots of resources. Im not sure what type plan you are looking for but there are hundreds of good hosting companies online now. Just be sure to research your new host as much as possible and drop a few emails before signing up anywhere and time their response.
Best of Luck!

Ah, too bad .

Thanks for the info. I've had terrible luck with hosts. Time to start anew, I suppose.

It’s not just you. I have 3 small business clients with them. Approximately 4-6 weeks ago there seemed to be an outage. I emailed them a couple of times without a response. Then the accounts came back on-line but the default Cobalt page is showing and there doesn’t seem to be any data left (the log-ins don’t work either). I planned on moving the majority of the accounts to my dedicated server anyways so I did that a couple weeks ago.
