I have 3 small business clients with them. Approximately 4-6 weeks ago there seemed to be an outage. I emailed them a couple of times without a response. Then the accounts came back on-line but the default Cobalt page is showing and there doesn’t seem to be any data left (the log-ins don’t work either).
