There is, extensis.com is a filter that did it for me.

I don't know how to do it with just Adobe, I had to use that filter, but it expired already.

Yeah... I don't think there is a filter that does this. None that I know of, anyway.

I would tell you how to do it, or point you to a tutorial, but it looks like you already know how to make circular text yourself

I've never heard of a filter that could do that, but Paint Shop Pro, and Adobe Illustrator both can do the same thing.
