1) Definitely need to change the font to Verdana or something of that nature. Arial, etc...

2) I think the page would look better centered.

3) I also think bullets would look better for the menu's then the "1, 2, 3" etc...

4) The frame goes right to the very botttom of by browser window. Make the height a little smaller, so there is at least a little white space at the bottom.

Ok quickly, center the content. Its all left justified. It leaves a lot of whitespace to the right. I'm not sure but have you checked the campatability of that CSS. Doesn't work with netscape? I hate netscape too but atleast try to make it work somehow. I really don't think you need the internal scroll thing. I say forget it. But yeah the font isn't good. First thing my eyes noticed and it hurt.

Gak! Preformatted Text Font! That looks just plain ugly.

The layout doesn't work together how I think you wanted it to be.

Also, does that IFRAME -really- need to be there? I don't see much of a use for it, as of now.
