I use DigitalSpace.net which has a starter package for $3/mo. and includes unlimited pop3 accounts, forwards, and 10 mb of space. The accounts are relatively easy to set up through the control panel and are usually ready to use within 5 mins or so.

I don't think this is *exactly* what you're looking for, but it's close.. and cheap.

Mailwizards.com will re-direct your domain through their DNS to any site you choose. They will also let you create a mail ID with that domain name, which they redirect to another account (not POP-based).

It's $19.95 US a year.

I was just wondering, but why not put the domain up on your server since you own a hosting company? It wouldn't take up much system resources at all.

because no free host will host a domain and provide me with a free pop3 email accounts. Besides, I don't really trust free hosts with my mail...

Why not go with a free host, since I know of no host who provides services for $2/month. To find a good free host check out: http://www.freewebspace.net

Just thought I'd mention that it also adds a more professional tone. It is much easier for me to tell people my "life-long" email adddress: richard@brevig.com
