i have seen weather sites and i know what your talking about, how you can enter a zip code or whatever and get the current whether. How you would pull that info im not sure, you could maybe fetch and rip such a page when the user posts. It would only be current at the time they posted though, unless you want to fetch the weather for every post every time the page is loaded, which would drastically slow down your board.

Anyway, thats the approach i would take, whether or not there are better ways i dont know but i would assume so.
