    <description> &lt;p&gt;Another technique to use is to use embedded tables.  By doing so, you can use a pre-defined cell height and width for each sub table containing each different link.  You can then adjust the table cells as you choose.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It still wont be perfect..text never is.  If you wish to be exact at all times...best bet is graphics....&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;  If you want the navigation to stay a predefined size, you should set at least the width attribute.  As it is, you only have &lt;/p&gt;
