I've never installed GD on a Microsoft OS (and I'm not even sure that GD's been ported to Windows). If it's possible, the information will be on the <a href="http://www.boutell.com/gd/" class="bb-url">GD homepage</a>.</p> <p>2.) I haven't bothered to upgrade yet, and I don't run Windows, but a glance at the PHP site makes me think that 4.0.1 isn't a full release, and needs to be installed over the full 4.0 release.
