It seems as if they Private Message hack is to old for this version of the board. We will have to wait for the next release of the pm hack.

I'd say Private Messaging is a great idea, but Chat isn't. I think it will decrease the amount of total posts overall. Private Messaging sounds fantastic...

i do not think chat would replace the forums, because you can get better help by posting and leaving it for a day because all timezones see the plea for help. chat is just to get to know the members that are logged on!

We already had a discussion about a chat and decided not to because they would probably replace the forums. I still like the Private Message idea though.
