    <description> &lt;p&gt;You can always use your static IP address to access a server on your PC. But if you want a domain you’ll need an IP and a name server.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Contact your ISP. They’ll need to assign you a dedicated (non static IP) number. Some ISP’s will do this free of charge, well others will charge you extra or can not/will not do it at all. You may want to consider getting DSL. You’ll get faster speeds and most DSL providers don’t have a problem supplying a dedicated IP.&lt;/p&gt;
